Guided historic city tour
History and culture are important for Minden. The guided historic tour will show you more of Minden´s main sights like the 1200-year-old cathedral, the town hall, the scenic Old Town and its history including Prussian heritage and Weser renaissance.
Duration: approx. 90 minutes

A visit to the unique ship mill
While the visit of the unique ship mill, which was reconstructed on the basis of drawings of the 18th century, you can wallow in nostalgia. You can watch a miller working in his traditional art. He makes grain to flour. In the end of your visit you can drink a "Mühlentropfen" (herbal liquor) to prepare for lunch.

Kanal-Weser round trip
Enjoy a small "cruise" during the Kanal-Weser round trip, which will lead you to the waterway crossing and into the canal ports. The highlight of this tours will be the impressing double locking with an altitude difference of about 13 meters between Weser and Midland Canal ("Mittellandkanal"). You are going on the river Weser as far as the historical Old Fischermen's Village of Minden and back to the lock.
