Program:
Friday:
After you arrive in Minden we invite you to take a walk through the historic town and explore the city by yourself. Discover the downtown shopping area and relax next to the river Weser. The highlight of the day: A surprise menu in your hotel.

Saturday:
Your Saturday will be in the name of culture and histrory. In the morning you will discover the cathedral treasury and marvel at the Minden crucifix which gathers people from all over the world. In the afternoon a guided histroric tour of Minden will show you more of Mindens main sights, its scenic Old Town and its more than 1200 years of history including Prussian heritage and Weser Renaissance.

Sunday:
Welcome on Board! You will pass the world’s biggest double waterway crossing during a "cruise" on a ship of the Mindener Fahrgastschiffahrt. The next highlight of this ride will be the locking to pass the altitude difference of about 13 meters between Weser and Midland Canal. You will do this two times (down and up).

The end of this trip will be at the historic ship mill which you can visit and discover.
